Jewelry and Materials
Our jewelry is crafted from recycled sterling silver and finished with a layer of 18 karat gold plating. We work with recycled metals whenever possible and use gemstones that are ethically sourced.
With proper care your jewelry will remain beautiful for a long time. Natural wear may appear with frequent exposure to water, perfume, or lotions. We recommend removing your jewelry when showering, swimming, or exercising and storing it in a dry and safe place when not in use.
Yes, our jewelry is nickel free and designed to be gentle on most skin types. While the earrings are made according to these high standards, occasionally some customers may experience a reaction depending on their individual skin sensitivity.
Wipe your jewelry gently with a soft dry cloth after wearing it. Avoid water, perfumes, and cleaning products as they can dull or damage the plating. When not wearing your jewelry, store it in a pouch or box away from sunlight and humidity.
Our gemstones are natural and ethically sourced from trusted partners in Jaipur. Each stone is chosen for its beauty, authenticity, and energy. Because they come from the Earth, no two stones are exactly the same. Small variations in color or texture make every jewel unique.

Yes, custom requests are possible. Creating a bespoke piece usually takes about 6-8 weeks since it is made especially for you.

Shipping and Delivery
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery time depends on your location and the selected shipping option. For detailed information, please see our Shipping Policy.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, package weight and order value. We offer free shipping above €150 for EU orders and €250 for worldwide orders. You can find all details in our Shipping Policy.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel on its way to you.
For deliveries outside the European Union, your local customs office may charge additional duties or taxes upon arrival. These are not included in your checkout total and are the responsibility of the customer.
Sometimes shipments are delayed due to customs clearance or courier traffic. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time frame, please contact our team and we will look into it for you.
Order & Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as secure online payment options such as PayPal, Bancontact, iDEAL and Apple Pay. Payments are processed through trusted and encrypted providers to keep your information safe.

Yes, you can apply a valid code or gift card during checkout. Make sure to enter it before completing your payment since codes cannot be added afterwards.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we can usually make changes or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help. Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
Returns and Exchanges
Yes, you can return your jewelry within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is unworn, in perfect condition and returned in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Please contact our customer service with your order number and reason for return. We will send you the return instructions and the address for sending it back. Make sure to ship the parcel with tracking and proper packaging to avoid damage during transport.
Once we have received and checked your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, this may take a few business days.
Return costs are usually at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to a mistake on our side or a faulty product. We offer a lot of size guiding tools so we invite you to shop consciously to help keeping returns low and our footprint gentle.
Yes, if you prefer to exchange your item for another size or design, let us know and we will help you arrange this if stock allows.
Warranty and Repairs
